If you have been to Paper Street... You know Max. A pillar in the brand, the family, and the local farming. This is Max's first spin on an IPA. We won't disclose if the added hoppy flavoring was intentional or accidental but we sure love it and so do those drinking it! Thanks Max its a good one.

The Juicy. Theeee Juicyyyy. Test plot #5. Whatever you'd like to call it. It's as good of an IPA as we have done! A magical blend of citra, sabro, and hallertau blanc hops. This has quickly become a house favorite.
Cold IPA
Frost Delay "Cold IPA"

Cold IPA
Inspired by Wayfinder Beer out of Portland. This new style of IPA is made to showcase hops. Using a Lager yeast fermented at a warmer temperature producing an awesome new spin on an IPA. This version showcases Idaho 7 hops, creating a crisp easy drinking yet not too bitter IPA.

This is John the owners baby. It's a progression in a chase to create the perfect pale. If you come in he's bound to tell you it's his favorite. It's a slight ode to local brewery who gave him the push to try and do the beer. As it progresses look for the 3rd cut and 4th cut. When you see "Final Cut" you'll know he's got it perfected.

In 1906 a posse was sent to track down and capture the infamous outlaw Jake Lake. They finally caught up to him in a wooded area, and as he emerged from the forest, Jake said, "You are looking for trouble, and you have found it," This lead to the "Poplar Grove Shootout." The shootout left 4 people dead, including Jake Lake and 2 law enforcement officers.

Known as the local "beer farm". Paperstreet is located in the middle of the farmlands of north Pasco. At night driving out there you won't see the city lights and hustle and bustle. You'll see a few "farm lights" scattered around. So what better name for our new light beer than the "farm light". This pseudo helles is aimed right for the light beer drinker that wants and easy drinking beer with enough flavor but not the overpowering hoppy-ness.

Traditionally a stout is dark and malty in color and is created through roasted malts in the grain bill. This "blonde" stout uses a pale grain bill and is dry hopped with coffee and cocoa nibs to provide a fantastic blend of coffee and chocolate flavor yet it's a perfect see through "rusty" color. It'll fool your eye but your taste buds will enjoy.
